Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally at the window and conduct intake.
• Enter all data into Netsmart accurately and promptly.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances per policy; log deposits.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and monitor appropriate frequency.
• Triage calls and direct to appropriate department as needed.
• Maintain waiting area safety and cleanliness; uphold confidentiality.
