Job summary

Strategy Financial Group is seeking a Client Services Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Peoria office. This full-time, on-site role supports day-to-day operations, greets clients warmly, answers phones, and handles clerical tasks to keep the office efficient and welcoming.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of front desk experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00 hourly, with a professional, collaborative environment and weekly fixed

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• 10+ years of front reception office experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with Salesforce, but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
• Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
• Respond to client inquiries on administrative questions
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• Assist in the inventory management of office supplies
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
• Provides general administrative and clerical support
• Maintains a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
• Accurate data entry into the database/CRM
