Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Sales-related experience preferred, especially in healthcare.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Google Drive.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients for a welcoming intake.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Make reminder calls for appointments, classes, and payments.
• Answer calls, redirect as needed, and return voicemails promptly.
• Assist clinical staff and support daily operations.
• Manage inside sales of client packages and track targets.
• Ensure brand consistency and sell value to drive sales.
• Process credit card payments securely.
