MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Representative to create a warm, memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort setting. You will deliver personalized service for arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests, ensuring a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of prior relevant Guest Facing Customer Service experience preferred.
• 6 months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving guest concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures in a seamless and professional manner.
• Enhance the guest experience by offering room upgrades when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits.
• Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests.
• Process payments, post charges and credits accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalent transactions according to property procedures.

THE JOB :

Join the team as a Front Desk Representative, where you'll create a warm and memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort environment. In this role, you'll deliver personalized service while assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay. Working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you'll anticipate needs, build meaningful connections, and create WOW moments guests will remember long after their experience with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.80 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests to the property by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving guest concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures in a seamless and professional manner

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Facing Customer Service experience preferred
• Six (6) months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
