Job summary

Delaware North at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in Cross Lanes, West Virginia is hiring a full-time Overnight Front Desk Clerk to support guest experiences at the lobby desk.

You will greet and register guests, handle cash and card transactions, coordinate with housekeeping, and resolve simple issues to ensure a smooth stay. Weekend shifts required; OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed
• Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork
• Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed
• Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts

$16.00 – $16.00 / hour
