Job summary

Delaware North is hiring a full-time overnight Front Desk Clerk at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. You will greet guests, register them, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork.
• Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed.
• Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
