Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, deposits, and down payments accurately to ensure smooth transactions.
• Manage cash handling and maintain detailed transaction records.
• Prepare nightly deposits and balance the cash drawer.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phones with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist customers with inquiries to improve the service experience.
• Maintain a tidy refreshment area and organized workspace.
