You’ll balance the cash drawer, perform data entry, file documents, and support branch leadership. Prior customer service or cashier experience is preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring high school or higher.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math, cash handling, and data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers with routine questions and requests.
• Process customer payments accurately and maintain related records.
• Balance the cash drawer and help ensure payment activity is recorded correctly.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and office information.
• Prepare, organize, and file documents as needed.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other office materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-office area.
• Handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist branch leadership and teammates with general office and administrative needs as they arise.
