You’ll identify needs and recommend solutions, while maintaining knowledge of our products and industry trends. You will also handle orders, quotations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person, while supporting daily operations and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately process orders, transactions, and customer information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused mindset and willingness to help solve problems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in learning products and building knowledge of the electrical distribution industry.
