Job summary

Tulley Automotive Group, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist/Cashier to be the friendly face customers meet in the showroom. You will manage payments, answer calls, and support front-office operations to ensure a smooth dealership experience.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented individuals who can handle cash transactions and assist the team in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior receptionist or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Organized and highly detail-oriented.
• Comfortable handling cash, credit/debit transactions, and other financial paperwork.
• Confident using a telephone system and cash register/POS equipment.
• Able to handle customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Dependable and comfortable working independently while supporting a larger team.
• Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other dealership transactions.
• Balance daily cash and transaction records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and help connect them with the right person.
• Support the Office Manager and dealership team with day-to-day administrative needs.
• Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming experience for every customer.
