Job summary

AC Hotel /Moxy Uptown Dallas is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent & Bartender to create a playful, welcoming arrival experience at Bar Moxy. You will check guests in and out, issue keys, handle payments, and share local recommendations while keeping guest information secure.

You will engage guests, craft cocktails and serve food items, promote menu offerings, follow safety standards, and keep the bar and front desk areas clean.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles such as front desk, bar, or restaurant is preferred but on-the-job training is available.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining guest focus.
• Willing to obtain TABC and food-handler certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, playful, and efficient arrival experience.
• Process check-ins/outs, reservations, keys, payments, and deposits.
• Explain hotel amenities and provide local recommendations; safeguard guest information.
