Job summary

Starr Turfgrass in Texas seeks a dynamic, customer-obsessed professional to be the first face and voice of our brand. This hybrid role blends front-line customer support with real B2B sales opportunities to drive growth.

You will greet walk‑in customers, assist homeowners and small landscapers, and proactively pursue commercial clients. You’ll process orders, coordinate deliveries, and educate customers on our premium turf varieties.

Qualifications

• Positive, professional and energetic presence that customers remember.
• Strong communication skills in-person and on the phone.
• Sales drive and natural persuasion; previous sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn product catalog quickly and work with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers with warmth and expertise, provide B2C support for homeowners and small landscapers.
• Prospect, nurture, and close sales with commercial clients, property managers, builders, and landscaping companies.
• Process orders, coordinate deliveries/installs, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the Starr Brand and educate customers on premium turf varieties and why Starr Turfgrass delivers superior results.
