Job summary

The Greystone Inn in Lake Toxaway, NC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, answer questions, provide directions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Comfortable with computers and able to multitask in a changing environment. Housing and transportation options may be available to support your experience at the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure.
• Inputting and retrieving information from our reservation system, assisting with reservations, and providing directions and information as requested.
• Having a thorough knowledge of our hotel information including room types, rates, packages, and local areas of interest.
• Be the point of contact for all guest requests and communication.

Your interactions with our guests will have an important impact and set the tone for their entire stay.
