Evergreen Park & Recreation District seeks Guest Experience Staff to provide customer service and manage front desk duties. This role involves registration, fee collection, and ensuring a positive guest experience in a community-focused environment. About the role
Under the direction of the Guest Experience Leadership Team, this position is responsible for the check-in, registration of classes, collection of fees for the various activities, as well as customer service to all patrons using the facility. This position acts as a sales representative for the District with responsibilities including but not limited to, providing and guiding customers to make the correct decision for what they are looking for, or directing them to the person that can inform them of all options.

15.17 - 20.88 USD per hour (BPRC - Buchanan Park Rec Center )
