Job summary

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a Front Desk Attendant at our South Loop club. This club-opener, part-time position covers early morning shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a pay rate of $17.05 per hour. You will greet members, check-in guests, and coordinate with the Membership Department to foster a welcoming environment.

• Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
• Check-in members and guests to the club
• Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
• Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
• Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift
• Attend all required department and club staff meetings
• Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers

Job Type: Part-time

Location: FFC South Loop

Required Shifts:

• Friday 4:30am-10:15am
• Saturday 6:30am-1:15pm
• Sunday 6:30am- 1:15pm

Compensation: $17.05 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
