A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Service Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for clients. Location: 8775 Norwin Avenue, Unit 4, Irwin, PA 15642
Pay Rate: $ 16.06 to 18.89 per hour, non-exempt
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full Time (2 Evenings until 7pm per week are required).
The Service Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for clients at The Children’s Institute, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices, workflows, and standards related to client care and business operations. This role involves providing a personalized service, responding to client inquiries, navigating care options, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal staff. The Service Ambassador is committed to delivering exceptional service that supports The Children’s Institute’s mission and values.
