Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Crystal Lake, IL, is hiring for a full-time member services/sales role. Earn up to $55,000 annually with hourly pay plus commission, plus clear opportunities for career growth as you help members achieve their fitness goals.

• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands‑on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
