Job summary

Woodward Tahoe is looking for a Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, register and check them in, and handle reservations and messages. You will manage retail sales, stock, and inventory while delivering superb guest service and accurate guest records.

You’ll input POS data, issue wristbands, and communicate with guests both in person and by phone. A background check and high school diploma are required; growth opportunities exist across Woodward’s global facilities.

Qualifications

• Prior background in guest service or retail position.
• Organized and highly efficient.
• Secretarial experience a plus.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and check them in onsite and over the phone.
• Input data into point of sale systems and create guest records.
• Sell and restock retail items and manage inventory.
• Distribute wrist bands to guests and handle reservations and messages.
• Answer phones, check messages, and return customer calls daily.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure liability waivers are completed.
• Assist with cleaning common areas.
