Job summary

Woodward Tahoe (Boreal and Soda Springs) is seeking Guest Services Team Members for the winter season. This role provides exceptional customer service as you welcome guests, sell resort products, and assist with amenities. Positions may be full-time or part-time, with employee housing starting at $325/month.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Sell and print lift tickets, season passes, and other resort products.
• Handle guest issues with empathy, patience, and problem-solving finesse.
• Direct guests to amenities, activities, and mountain operations.
• Assist with check-in and registration for camps, events, and rentals.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records in POS systems.
• Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth operations at main entrances.
• Communicate clearly with other departments to keep guests informed.
