Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Mantua Township, NJ is hiring a front desk/membership associate. Earn up to $55,000 annually with hourly pay + commission, plus clear opportunities for career growth and a supportive team environment.

You’ll greet members, deliver friendly, energetic service and help them with questions to promote a health-focused experience. You’ll collaborate with the facilities team to keep the club running smoothly and contribute to sales targets through fitness programming,

Qualifications

• Competencies: Customer Service Orientation, Product Knowledge Expertise and Results Orientation.
• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a roll up your sleeves mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands-on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
