Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a full-time team member to welcome and engage members, answer questions, and drive membership sales. You will promote fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while maintaining an energetic, member-first atmosphere.

You will work with the Front Desk to meet monthly sales targets and ensure a positive, high-energy experience for every member, including during busy periods and closeouts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or gym membership sales.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members to enhance the member experience.
• Assist with membership questions and sign-ups.
• Promote fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every member interaction.
• Greet our members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from the start to finish of your shift.
• Serve our members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on “Changing Lives”.
• Help our members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a “Raving Fan” member experience!
• Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.

• Competencies: Customer Service Orientation, Product Knowledge Expertise and Results Orientation
• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands‑on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
