Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a dynamic team member in Shelton, CT to welcome and engage members from start to finish of their shift. Earn up to $55,000 annually with hourly pay plus commission, as part of a supportive team dedicated to changing lives through excellent service.

You'll contribute to a high-energy, member-focused environment, help members with questions about memberships, and collaborate with the Facilities team to keep the club in top shape for a grand opening-ready

• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands‑on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
