Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking dynamic team members in Sterling Heights to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will greet and assist members, promote fitness programming, and guide them through membership questions with a customer-first approach.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Front Desk and Facilities teams to ensure a high-energy, efficient club environment and help drive sales targets while supporting a culture of growth and development.

Qualifications

• Competencies: Customer Service Orientation, Product Knowledge Expertise and Results Orientation.
• Bring high energy and a rolling up your sleeves mindset to get things done during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting members to results through fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities.
