Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring for a frontline role in Missouri. You will engage with members, greet and assist throughout shifts, and build positive relationships while helping members with their memberships and questions.

Collaboration with the facilities team ensures a well-maintained, welcoming club environment. Expect a performance-driven, energetic team culture with clear growth opportunities and benefits for full-time staff.

• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands-on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
