Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a sales-oriented team member in Farmington Hills, MI. You will greet guests, drive memberships, and contribute to a lively club atmosphere with a focus on service and growth.

You should be energetic, passionate about fitness, and capable of meeting sales goals while working flexible hours. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest to create a welcoming environment.
• Strive to improve member experience, revenues and retention.
• Maintain knowledge of products, merchandise and services.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions at POS.
• Understand opportunities from calls, walk-ins, and club traffic.
• Master the tour to build excitement and value for potential members.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5 pm - Midnight, Friday 3 pm - 9 pm (Looking for candidates that will be in this role for at least one year)

Starting at $15/hour+ commission and clear opportunities for career growth for those ready to level up.

What You Will Do:

• Bring The Edge culture to life by ensuring each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every guest, saying "hello" and "goodbye", while maintaining outstanding standards.
• Strive to continuously improve the member experience, revenues and retention rates.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all product information, merchandise and services.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Understands the opportunities of the business: every phone call, prospects walking through the door, in and out of the club.
• Master the tour and build excitement and value with potential new members to ensure an awesome first impression
