Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC in Moab is seeking a Night Auditor to greet guests, check them in, and provide guests with information to ensure a smooth stay. You will handle invoices, post checks to vendors, and distribute employee checks while maintaining accuracy.

Additionally, you will respond to guest complaints and emergencies, reconcile accounts, verify end-of-day tasks, schedule wake-up calls, and assist with reservations. Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Location: Moab Utah, Springhill Suites and/or Fairfield Inn by Marriott

Life as a Night Auditor:

• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
• Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
• Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
• Answer phones and place reservations
