The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Milford, CT is seeking a Front Desk/Member Experience Associate who welcomes members with energy and care, answers questions, and drives a positive, high-energy member journey. You will help members with questions, promote memberships, and collaborate with staff to deliver a seamless gym experience.

• Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.

Key Details

• Competencies: Customer Service Orientation, Product Knowledge Expertise and Results Orientation
• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands-on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
