Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Drury Inn & Suites located in Orange Village, Ohio. You will be the friendly face greeting guests, checking them in and out, and supporting breakfast and Kickback service with a positive, service-driven attitude.

The role emphasizes courtesy, accuracy with guest records, cash handling, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional hospitality and the Drury experience.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out at the front desk, promote company programs, and maintain guest records.
• Cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve problems to ensure service quality.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food prep, setup, and guest service.
• Present a high standard of integrity and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
