Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Front Desk Associate for a full‑time role in Raleigh, NC. Pay starts at $16 per hour with potential to reach $19.20 depending on shifts and experience.

Flexibility to cover 6:30am–3pm and 2:30pm–11pm is required to ensure guest satisfaction. As the frontline hub of our hotel, you will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, post charges, answer questions, and collaborate with departments to deliver a welcoming stay.

• Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs.
• Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
