Job summary

Workout Anytime Greensboro is hiring for our front desk in Greensboro—a flexible-hours role for someone who likes people, handles details, and wants to grow into the gym industry from a starting point.

This role covers front-of-house duties, tours, phone duties, cleaning, and assisting with events. Starting pay is $10.00/hour, with increases as competence grows. Schedule ranges from 15 to 40 hours weekly, with a free gym membership and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service/retail/hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and learn regulars, call them by name.
• Answer the phone and take messages.
• Give walk-in tours and explain RAMP.
• Follow up with leads via calls and emails.
• Keep the club clean and operational.
• Support club events and promotions.
