Responsibilities

• Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every interaction.
• Greet members in a friendly, engaging, and energetic way from start to finish of your shift.
• Serve members quickly and professionally to build positive, trustworthy relationships.
• Assist members with questions and concerns, delivering a Raving Fan experience.
• Partner with the Facilities team to keep the club looking and operating Grand Opening ready.
