Role Overview

The Sales Associate at Massage Envy plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, providing information about our services and products, and selling memberships. Key Responsibilities
