About the Role

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you'll provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting members/guests, assisting with questions or concerns during check-in.
• Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolving member concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Answering phones and assisting callers.
• Handling membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, collections, and transfers.
• Conducting member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and amenities, including restrooms.
• Performing safety checks and addressing safety or cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Addressing maintenance issues like broken equipment.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the club.
• Communicating in person and on the phone.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Encountering chemicals during shifts.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
• Moving and adjusting positions as needed.
