The Front Desk Associate is a friendly and courteous individual who delivers excellent service, fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promotes Ignite Fitness Holdings-Planet Fitness Mission, Vision, and Values. The role requires balancing multiple tasks with a friendly demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and exit members professionally and courteously.
  2. Anticipate and respond promptly to members' needs.
  3. Provide efficient telephone service with complete and accurate information.
  4. Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
  6. Deliver prompt customer service with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Accept payments, give change and receipts.
  8. Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
  9. Answer customer questions regarding policies and procedures clearly and courteously.
Minimum Skills
  1. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  2. Strong work ethic with decision-making and problem resolution skills.
  3. Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
  4. Flexible with rotating schedules.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
  6. Energetic and enthusiastic.
  7. Physical ability to talk, hear, sit, stand, and handle objects, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. At least 18 years old.
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  3. Six months of face-to-face customer service experience in retail or one year of fitness experience preferred.
Hours

Flexible scheduling including weekdays and weekends, with initial training hours varying. Discuss availability with the Hiring Manager or note it on your application.
