Job summary

Massage Envy Pinehurst-Southern Pines is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care services, and help grow the wellness member base.

You will greet guests, schedule services, process retail purchases, and contribute to a friendly team that values individuality and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; upsell and promote home care retail when appropriate.
• Schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home‑care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in‑person and through phone/email outreach
