As the first point of contact, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, providing information about our services and products, and selling memberships. This position requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  2. Maintain key performance indicators, such as membership sales.
  3. Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions.
  4. Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and promotions to guests.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  6. Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  7. Assist in promoting membership options, retail products, and additional services.
  8. Support the team in reaching sales and operational goals.
Requirements
