Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures and throughout their stay
• Operate the hotel's electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle financial transactions securely and accurately, including credit card and cash payments
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to create a hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused environment

Physical Requirements
