Front Desk Associate - Full time

Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.70

Hours:

  1. 7am to 3pm
  2. 10am to 6pm
  3. 3pm to 11pm

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in and registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

This role plays an important part in our culture:

Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
  • Assist guests with sending and receiving faxes, packages, and mail.

  • Help to resolve problems through recovery when things aren’t quite right.

  • As needed, fulfill all job responsibilities expected of Shuttle Driver and Concierge Attendant.
  • Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.

What do we need from you to be successful in this role?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong desire to make an impact on other people through customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an outgoing and engaging personality.
  • Ability to pick up computer skills easily, as the front desk operates off a Property Management System.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, as the front desk role is at the center of attention to all hotel guests.
  • Flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as hotels operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
