Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate in Norfolk, VA to greet members and guests, check them in, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will handle calls and transactions with a smile while keeping the front desk area neat and organized.

You will support club programs and member engagement as part of a dynamic team and have opportunities to grow into roles such as Personal Trainer or Membership Manager within the fitness community.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.
• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Interest in building a career in fitness—future opportunities as a Personal Trainer, Membership Manager, and more.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
