US Fitness in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome members and guests, set a positive tone, and ensure every visit feels inviting. You will greet, check in, answer questions, and support club activities to enhance the member experience.

In this role you’ll handle calls and transactions, maintain a tidy lobby, and assist program initiatives. Opportunities for growth include Personal Trainer and Membership Manager roles within the club network.

Qualifications

• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills; CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
