Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment seeks a Front Desk Associate for the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center. This entry-level role welcomes athletes and families, checks in participants, and answers program questions.
Training will cover Brooklyn Basketball programs and front desk systems. The position requires basic computer skills, a friendly customer-service mindset, and the ability to work part-time including evenings and weekends.

Brooklyn Basketball brings the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty together to establish a community-first basketball experience. Our goal is to grow the game for participants of all ages through professionally-led clinics and camps, community-focused events, instructional videos, unique basketball content and much more. The Front Desk Associate helps create a welcoming, safe, and organized experience for athletes, families, and visitors at the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center. This entry-level role supports participant check-in, answers basic questions, keeps the front desk area organized, and assists with daily facility needs. Training will be provided on Brooklyn Basketball programs and front desk systems.
Front Desk Associates report to the Program Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works primarily in-person at the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center. May be required to work weekends or nights as needed. May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel). Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
