Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Naples is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming first impression for members and guests. You’ll manage check-ins, schedule appointments, and explain services with enthusiasm.

You should be highly organized, enjoy helping others, and be capable of working flexible hours. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within our expanding spa family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – training will be provided.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
• Capable of working flexible hours.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Hand & Stone - Fleming Island/Gainesville/Naples/Estero, is seeking a Front Desk Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than
outstanding!
