Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Naples, FL, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring an outstanding spa experience. You will support sales goals and deliver warm, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn the spa menu with training, assist with scheduling, and help uphold cleanliness standards while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude. Flexible shifts accommodate part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and sales abilities are required.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
