Job summary

Retro Fitness in Florida is seeking a friendly Front Desk team member to welcome and check in all members and guests, sell memberships, smoothies, supplements and personal training, answer questions, resolve billing issues, and keep front desk activities organized.

You will create a fun, professional, and helpful experience, support day-to-day operations, maintain cleanliness and brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming gym environment that helps members reach their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members.
• Organized, energetic and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The Front Desk is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.

What You Will Do

• Welcome and check in all members and guests

Compensation

• Hourly
• Exact pay range determined by location and experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
