Job summary

Retro Fitness Dallas is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members, check in guests, and help create a positive first impression as they arrive at the club.

You will sell memberships, smoothies, supplements and personal training, answer questions, resolve billing issues, keep the front desk area clean and on-brand, and support day-to-day operations to ensure a fun, professional experience for everyone.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members.
• Organized, energetic and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The Front Desk Associate is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.

What You Will Do

Compensation

• Exact pay range determined by location and experience

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
