Responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in patients for appointments, verify patient information, manage incoming patient inquiries.
• Confirm and schedule appointments to ensure patient flow.
• Verify patient insurances, ensure outstanding balances and copays are collected.
• Enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans.
• Update patient records.
• Process X-rays and doctor referrals to patient chart.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
