About the Role

As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions and check-ins.
  • Promoting the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
  • Resolving concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Answering phones and assisting callers.
  • Handling membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing.
  • Conducting tours and assessing potential members' needs.
  • Executing retail transactions and driving sales.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and amenities.
  • Monitoring club areas for safety and cleanliness, addressing issues promptly.
  • Reporting maintenance concerns.
Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
  • Basic computer skills.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and moving throughout the club.
  • Communicating in person and on the phone.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Encountering chemicals during shifts.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
  • Moving and adjusting positions as needed.
