Massage Envy West Loop and South Loop seek a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet clients, schedule services, and answer inquiries while promoting Total Body Care and the Wellness Program to grow the client base.

You will also handle retail recommendations, answer phones and emails, and support clinic flow with a friendly, professional approach to help guests feel valued every visit.

Formación

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients about Total Body Care and the Wellness Program; upsell services and retail.
• Book services, manage future appointments, and encourage home care retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and answer questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
