Position Overview

If you are seeking an exciting career with growth opportunities within LTD’s expanding portfolio, LTD Hospitality Group has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Associate.

Ideal Candidate: Attention to detail, excellent recall and follow-up skills, ability to multitask with a positive attitude. If you are proactive and eager to improve, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests when possible.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, check-ins, and checkouts efficiently and professionally.
  • Balance cash, checks, and other transactions at the end of each shift following company policies.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding guest requests and room needs.
  • Handle mail, phone messages, and guest inquiries about hotel services and local information.
  • Post charges, process payments, and handle billing accurately using PMS.
  • Maintain a clean and safe Front Desk area.
  • Know hotel property, services, rates, discounts, and policies thoroughly.
  • Promote and explain loyalty programs and current promotions.
  • Maintain proper telephone etiquette and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependability.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
