Job summary

Massage Envy Valencia Way franchise is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk associate to welcome clients, explain Total Body Care options, book services, and encourage home care retail purchases. You will support clinic flow, answer inquiries, and help grow our client base through outreach and excellent service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and retail or sales experience; strong math and computer skills; and exceptional people skills to build positive guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills; ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of massage/skin care services helpful; interest in wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and Wellness Program options.
• Book services, promote retails based on provider recommendations, and encourage home care products.
• Assist with clinic flow: greet clients, answer calls, respond to emails, schedule appointments.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
